Woman upset flowers for friend's shop arrive over 1 hour early despite paying $5 extra for timed delivery
A woman was left disappointed after paying an additional $5 for flowers to be delivered at a specific time, only for the order to arrive over an hour earlier than scheduled.
Stomper Wendy told Stomp that she had placed an order with FNP Singapore to be delivered on Aug 10 between 10am and 12pm, in time for her friend's shop opening.
"I was told to pay extra to have flowers delivered at a specific time for my friend's shop opening, but to my horror, I received a delivery message at 8.58am instead," she said.
She shared that FNP replied and told her that they would compensate her for the error.
"But that's not the point," said the Stomper. "What if my friend wasn't even at her shop at that hour?
"It's not like sending condolence flowers to a wake, where people are there 24/7.
"This is the worst service I've ever experienced, and I will never order from them again."
In screenshots shared by the Stomper, FNP apologised and assured that this would not happen again.

Wendy added that while she had been informed she would get a refund of the delivery charge, the money has yet to be returned.
"I can't even remember how much I paid for the flowers, but they didn't refund the delivery charges to me at all," she said.
Stomp has reached out to FNP for comment.
