A woman, 71, died after falling from height at Lifelong Learning Institute (LLI) in Eunos on Dec 4 morning.

Stomper Lee said the victim fell from the fourth storey of the building.

"Police and ambulance were called in. CPR was performed," said the Stomper, who added the woman was lying motionless in a pool of blood.

In response to a Stomp query, a spokesperson for LLI said: "An incident involving a fall from height occurred at the LLI on Dec 4 at approximately 10.35am.

"The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police were immediately alerted to the situation.

"LLI is cooperating with the police and assisting in their investigations. As the matter is under investigation, we are unable to provide further information."

SCDF and the police told Stomp they received a call for assistance at 11 Eunos Road 8 at about 10.35am.

The woman was unconscious when taken by SCDF to Changi General Hospital, where she subsequently passed away.

Police said based on preliminary investigations, they do not suspect foul play and investigations are ongoing.
