Teen boy arrested after pushing girl to ground and kicking her outside Bedok North coffee shop, both only 16
A 16-year-old boy was arrested after a video of him pushing a 16-year-old girl to the ground and kicking her outside a coffee shop went viral.
Several Stompers alerted Stomp to the video of the incident showing the boy wearing a motorcycle helmet.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at Block 418 Bedok North Avenue 2 on May 26 at about 2.35pm.
The girl had minor injuries but refused to be taken to the hospital.
The boy was arrested for criminal intimidation and is also assisting with investigations for voluntarily causing hurt and mischief.
Police investigations are ongoing.
