Resident complains of PMAs seen at Yew Tee void deck for a year: Town council reminds users to park responsibly
Two personal mobility aids (PMAs) parked under a void deck at Block 657 Choa Chu Kang Crescent have become a long-running concern for a resident.
Stomper Anthony told Stomp: "This situation has been going on for a year at a void deck in Yew Tee.
"It involves the indiscriminate parking of two illegal PMA devices, which has been known to the town council, yet the owners' behaviours persist."
He also expressed concern over potential fire risks.
In response to a Stomp query, a spokesperson for Marsiling-Yew Tee Town Council said: "Residents are advised to park their PMAs responsibly and avoid obstructing common areas at the void deck.
"Charging of PMAs is strictly not allowed at the void deck.
"We encourage all residents to be considerate and help keep our shared spaces safe and accessible for everyone."
