Neighbour taunts Bedok family outside gate, writes 'I am hunting you' on town council notice
A family living at Block 767 Bedok Reservoir View says they have been facing harassment from a neighbour since March 2024.
Stomper Sheila said she first noticed the neighbour's belongings scattered along the common corridor.
"There was clutter placed along the corridor and inside the riser by the neighbour, including a used toilet bowl," she said.

Sheila reported the issue to East Coast Town Council (ECTC), which subsequently issued a notice instructing the resident to remove unauthorised items from the common area.
However, this was not taken well by the neighbour, who allegedly responded by scrawling objections on the notice, as well as a chilling message: "I am hunting you."
Sheila said the situation has been ongoing. "Other neighbours have also complained about this particular resident. This was not the first offence."
She claimed the neighbour had previously scribbled vulgarities on the wall outside her home, prompting her to contact ECTC to have it painted over.
"The neighbour even pasted a note outside our house saying 'go home' because we are Indian Singaporeans," she added.
According to Sheila, the harassment escalated after the pink removal notice was issued.
A video taken by Sheila reportedly showed the neighbour at her doorstep, taunting and filming her.
She said he also "continually opens all the riser doors on a daily basis".
"I'm not sure if the intention is to harm and inconvenience us or if he is secretly tampering with our meter readings."
Sheila lodged a police report on May 17.
In response to queries from Stomp, the police confirmed that a report was lodged.
"We live in fear," said Sheila.
"I have two teenage daughters who are afraid to step out alone and a helper who is completely freaked out and scared to step out to throw rubbish.
"This is causing me anxiety and unhappiness, and affecting me emotionally."
Stomp has contacted ECTC for more information.
