Girl takes a dump at Tampines playground while dad holds tissue: 'Mind-blowing'
A passer-by was shocked to see a young girl squatting down to defecate at a playground in Tampines on Oct 13.
The child appeared to be accompanied by her father and sister, as seen in photos and a video taken by Stomper Anonymous at around 9.50am.
Anonymous recounted: "They were playing in the playground before that, and did it before leaving the place. I didn't see peeing, but she was pooping. That's very clear."
The Stomper's video shows the girl wiping her bare bottom with wet tissue while her father squats in front of her.
"Shocker tbh, doing this in the middle of all the HDB blocks in broad daylight," Anonymous said. "And it's at a playground where so many kids are playing. For them to actually do business there is just mind-blowing 🤮."
Urinating or defecating in public is an offence under the Environmental Public Health (Public Cleansing) Regulations.
According to the National Environment Agency (NEA), those found urinating or defecating in public will be fined $300. If convicted in court, offenders can be fined up to $1,000.
