Man's body found floating at Tampines Quarry
A male body was found floating in the waters of Tampines Quarry on Monday (May 4).
The police said they were alerted to the case of unnatural death at 4.15pm.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) confirmed that it had received a call for assistance at around 6.30pm, adding: "A body was retrieved from the quarry shoreline and pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Stomper Vpeak, who shared photos of the scene, said: "There were police cars, fire trucks and an ambulance there since last night until this morning."
Police investigations are ongoing.
