Stomper Ivan witnessed the incident at Block 919 Hougang Avenue 4 at around 8am and submitted videos to Stomp. Ivan said he felt disgusted by the man's actions, especially considering the coronavirus pandemic that we are going through now. He added: "I was sitting in my car making a call and managed to capture this golden moment. "At a time when we are serious about Covid-19, this guy spat twice on the ground like nobody's business. "I felt angry as he was simply not considerate at all. I will also be reporting this to the National Environment Agency (NEA) after sharing this on Stomp." View more photos in the gallery.
