A man had a near-accident with a car when crossing a road in Yishun while pushing a pram.

Stomper Raymond shared dashcam footage of the incident that occurred in Yishun Greenwalk on Feb 21, at around 8.16am.

In the video, a pedestrian can be seen pushing a pram with a baby in it and stopping in his tracks, narrowly avoiding getting hit by Raymond's car.

The Stomper said: "I feel that the man is very irresponsible. He wasn't even looking out for vehicles when he was about to cross the road. He only stopped when I gave a light tap on the honk. However, he was unapologetic and stared at me as if he was right.

"I feel that he is putting the baby at risk. The baby shouldn't be subjected to such a dangerous situation because of his negligence.

"I strongly urge pedestrians to be more careful when crossing roads. Parents and caregivers should also be more mindful when pushing strollers, especially while crossing the road. Please don't put an innocent infant in such a risky situation."
