Man lies down then stands in middle of road at Joo Chiat, forcing vehicles to swerve around him
A man was caught on video lying on the road and obstructing traffic at Joo Chiat Road on Feb 19 at 12.55am.
A Stomper shared clips from his in-car camera of the man lying on the road behind a car where some of his companions are standing.
He then gets up and stands in the middle of the road, showing little care for traffic trying to pass him.
An oncoming van even flashes its high beam lights at him, but he does not react or move.
The Stomper slammed his actions and called him a "nuisance".
"IT would be good if this could be submitted to the Land Transport Authority (LTA)," he added.
