His miserable meal left him feeling miserable.

Stomper Jimmy was "absolutely outraged" after paying $7.30 for a plate of chicken rice at Block 504 Jurong West Street 51 on the evening of April 23.

He felt that the price did not justify the quantity and quality of the meal from SingFood Stall at the 504 Food Place coffee shop.

Jimmy told Stomp: "I paid a ridiculous $7.30 for their so-called 'lemon chicken rice' only to receive a plate with just four miserable pieces of actual meat buried under piles of flour batter and skin!

"This is beyond disappointing - it's downright insulting to customers!

"How can the stall justify charging $7.30 when the ingredients cost a fraction of that? If this is how they plan to serve customers and run their business, they might as well close shop!

"Singapore customers deserve much better than this kind of treatment. Has anyone else been ripped off here?"
