Two men, aged 30 and 31, were arrested for voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapon in Woodlands on the night of March 10.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at Block 778 Woodlands Drive 60 at about 10.55pm.

A 20-year-old man was conscious when taken to the hospital.

A Stomper shared a video of the incident taken by the dashboard camera in her father's parked car.

"My dad's dash cam managed to record a slashing case," said the Stomper.

"Three man were chasing a guy with a parang and they managed to slash the guy when he eventually fell.

"I'm not sure what led to the slashing. We were at home when it happened and we heard the commotion.

"We went down to see him lying in a pool of blood. I saw him with a very deep cut on his thigh. I hope he recovers soon."

Another witness, Stomper DT, shared a brief video of the injured man being assisted by paramedics.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force told Stomp the man was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
