# Man allegedly ejaculates on gate of Tiong Bahru flat while 8-year-old boy studies inside

A man allegedly masturbated and ejaculated outside a flat at Block 2 Jalan Kukoh in Tiong Bahru on Oct 29, while an eight-year-old boy was doing his homework inside.

Stomper WK shared CCTV footage of the incident, which occurred at about 3.26pm.

WK, who is the boy’s father, was asleep at the time.

In the footage, the man can be seen stopping outside the flat and seemingly peering into the home.

He also appears to push against the door while unzipping his trousers and making repeated movements with his right hand near his groin.

The man eventually walks away at about 3.28pm.

According to WK, the stranger had masturbated and ejaculated on the metal gate outside his home.

“I was shocked and disgusted,” he told Stomp.

The Stomper said his son was seated at the dining table at the time but was unaware of the man’s presence as the door was ajar.

WK added that he did not recognise the man and had no idea where he came from.

“Total stranger,” he said. “I don’t know where he came from.”

The Stomper said he lodged a police report over the incident.

He also expressed concern about the neighbourhood, saying: “Jalan Kukoh is not a safe neighbourhood.”
