Lorry skids and overturns along Upper Serangoon Road, driver assisting with investigations

A 54-year-old man is assisting with investigations after the lorry he was driving overturned along Upper Serangoon Road towards Sengkang East Drive on Apr 4.

The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the accident at 3.50pm and that the lorry is believed to have self-skidded.

No injuries were reported and investigations are ongoing.

Stomper AJ alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video from his in-car camera.

"I was coming down the flyover at Upper Serangoon Road towards Kovan when I noticed this lorry had overturned," he said.

Traffic cones were set up around the overturned lorry which was being attached to a tow truck.

A long line of vehicles had formed behind it.
