He managed to get close-up photos and a video of the otter, which he said "was not scared of people". Than told Stomp: "It was around 8am. "There was many people taking photos of the otter. "This is my second time spotting otters in the garden. Previously, I saw a whole family but this time, the otter was alone." According to Than, the otter went off into the bushes after around 10 minutes.
