Is this driver going too fast on a 2-lane road?
A car zoomed past Stomper Cecelia while she was driving on a two-lane road near Punggol Cove Primary School.
According to Cecelia, the incident occured near a few 'filter exits' and 'Housing and Development Board (HDB) estate exits'.
Cecelia said: "SGN5708C is a mad crazy driver, look at the speed he's driving in a two-lane road and at the two traffic light junctions."
"Imagine if any school kids or pedestrians were crossing the roads.
"Look at the video, his speed should be higher than 100 km/hr."
