'Fight!' BMW driver gets out to confront motorist after near collision at River Valley Road
Another case of road rage?
A BMW driver got out of his car to confront another motorist after a near collision at River Valley Road.
Dashcam footage of the Sept 5 incident was posted online by SG Road Vigilante.
The video shows the cam car travelling along River Valley Road at around 10.40pm when the white BMW turned into the same road from one of the buildings ahead of the cam car.
The BMW moved into the cam car's lane to turn left into Oxley Road in front of the cam car, which was forced to decelerate suddenly to avoid a collision.
The cam car also turned left and followed the BMW, which then started flashing its hazard lights before coming to a stop.
The word "Fight" flashed momentarily on the rear windshield of the BMW before a bespectacled man stepped out and approached the cam car angrily.
The cam car driver got out as well but cannot be seen in the video, which does not provide an audio of the confrontation.
The cam car driver recounted in the video caption: "I did shout at him for driving in a dangerous manner and almost causing an accident. He continued to be belligerent and only backed off when he realised there were two policemen on the road."
The video ends after the BMW driver returned to his car and two police officers can be seen next to a patrol car nearby.
