Drivers argue over who pointed their middle finger first in Woodlands road rage incident
Two drivers exchanged vulgarities and rude gestures in a road rage incident at Woodlands Street 31 on Feb 22.
Stomper B shared with Stomp that she was driving along the road at about 6.53pm, when a white car 'suddenly accelerated', causing her to jam on her brakes to avoid an accident.
"In the heat of the moment, I wound down my window to stare at him," she said.
"To my surprise, instead of being apologetic, he pointed his middle finger, which led to an argument."
In dashcam footage shared by the Stomper, the man gets out of his car to shout at B who had also stopped her car.
The man is heard saying: "What? I stop what? So what's the middle finger for?"
The Stomper tells the man to check his own car camera before saying: "You middle finger me first eh brother."
The man continues to argue and asks: "So now you stop for what? I come out or not?"
After the exchange, B said the driver of the white car continued to tail her car.
"He started tailgating and driving very dangerously," she said.
She added that she has since reported the matter to the Traffic Police.
