At least four cyclists were seen riding on the road without any helmets or lights on their bicycles. "A dangerous way of riding, pulling stunts around Shenton Way and near Marina One East Tower," the Stomper said. "Some of them released their handlebars while cycling." This is not the first time motorists have spotted cyclists flouting the rules. Last month, a group of cyclists were seen tailgating a trailer truck on the West Coast Highway. None of them appeared to be wearing helmets.
