Cyclist taken to hospital after accident with bus in Hougang, driver assisting with police investigations
A cyclist was taken to the hospital after an accident with a bus in Hougang on Feb 23 evening.
A Stomper shared a photo of the accident's aftermath, showing a SBS Transit double-decker bus, an ambulance and two Traffic Police motorcycles at a T-junction.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at the junction of Hougang Avenue 10 and Hougang Avenue 6 at about 10.40pm.
The 30-year-old male cyclist was conscious when taken to the hospital.
A 44-year-old male bus driver is assisting with police investigations, which are ongoing.
