Cyclist falls down along Bras Basah Road and almost gets run over by vehicle

A cyclist had a close call while cycling along Bras Basah Road, after the junction with Beach Road.

A Stomper shared with Stomp footage taken from an in-car camera of a group of cyclists hogging the left-most lane.

One cyclist checks his blind spot but ends up hitting a bicycle in front of him and falls over.

Voices can be heard expressing shock as the cyclist goes down but fortunately, the vehicle stops just in time for the cyclist to get back up again.

According to the Land Transport Authority (LTA), cyclists must wear a helmet when cycling on roads.
