Customers 'hoard' oat milk after $1 deal at 7-Eleven - and now it's out of stock
Nothing assembles Singaporeans faster than a good deal.
Stomper C saw Oatside oat milk going for $1 per 200ml packet at 7-Eleven and decided to buy some and give the beverage a try.
She visited an outlet at Canberra Plaza on Tuesday night (Feb 21) and bought three packets.
"I was surprised to see several people snatching and hoarding the milk, including a woman who grabbed so many packets," she said.
"I'm not surprised if they're all swept off the shelves/fridges in various outlets tomorrow."

According to 7-Eleven, the deal saves customers 47 per cent off the oat milk's original price.
When C visited the same store again on Wednesday (Feb 22), there were labels stating that the Oatside packets were temporarily out of stock.

Similarly, some netizens commented on 7-Eleven's post that the oat milk was also sold out at the stores they had visited.
