The licence plate number of the motorcycle believed to be involved in the crash was found at the scene, and was also posted.

It was widely shared by netizens, many of whom condemned the rider's actions.

Netizens also did a summons check on the license plate number through an SMS service.

This allegedly revealed the rider had four outstanding summonses.

The insurance for the motorcycle is also said to have expired.
