Altercation and vulgarities at Queen Street Bus Terminal: 3 men arrested for rioting, 1 for affray

Three men were arrested for rioting and one for affray at Ban San Street on the night of July 5, the police told Stomp.

Ban San Street is the address of the Queen Steet Bus Terminal where Stomper J said there was an altercation that resulted in injuries.

A video of the incident was posted online, showing people shouting vulgarities and police at the scene.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at about 11.45pm.

Three men, aged between 35 and 59, were arrested for rioting while a 33-year-old man was arrested for affray.

The four arrested men, a 26-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman suffered minor injuries but refused to be taken to the hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
