71-year-old woman taken hospital after 4-vehicle accident at Clementi Road junction
A 71-year-old woman was taken to hospital after an accident involving a lorry, a taxi and two cars at the junction of Ulu Pandan Road and Clementi Road on Friday morning (Sep 11).
The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the four-vehicle accident at 9.11am.
"A 71-year-old female car driver was conscious when conveyed to National University Hospital," added a police spokesman.
In a video taken by Stomper Hamidah who passed by the accident scene while she was on a Grab ride, debris can be seen strewn all over the road junction.
Stomper Freddie also submitted a photo that shows several vehicles caught in a traffic jam.
According to Hamidah, she was caught in the congestion for 25 minutes.
